This class will introduce participants to the various types of cemeteries, what records are available, how to find the “bodies,” what the funny symbols engraved on the stones mean, and how they can lead to more information. Learn how to research cemeteries online while never having to actually set foot in a cemetery. Gather tips on how to prepare for an actual trip to a cemetery, find your ancestor’s stone and take photos of it. Registration is required.
