Join Yoga Instructor Donna McFarland the first three Wednesdays each month as she leads participants in yoga poses to create a mind-body connection and improve strength, flexibility, and balance.
Each class will last for an hour and 15 minutes and will be suited to all skill levels. Classes are $5 cash per person, which can be paid per class at the door.
Please bring a mat and water and be sure to wear comfortable clothes! It is suggested that you do not eat 2 hours before practicing yoga.
