 This presentation wwill include information on identity theft and other frauds and scams, such as: ATM / other skimming, debit card fraud, lotteries/prizes/sweepstakes, phishing calls, inheritance and charity scams, Internet auctions or sales, mystery shopper, and work from home & away from home scams. Examples of counterfeit checks and other documents used in many of these would the shared, along with take-home materials attendees can refer to afterwards.

Jeni Lu Royalty the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) & Security Officer for The Farmers Bank. She has been in banking for 36 years, she has seen these frauds and scams first-hand and understands the impact they can have on the targeted individual. She handles fraud cases on behalf of the Bank which gives her exposure to the law enforcement side of many of these crimes and scams.
