 Tai Chi is a traditional “soft-style” Chinese martial art. Its practitioners try to be like water – yielding and powerful at the same time. Because of its emphasis on softness, Tai Chi is also a health practice. Tai Chi can increase calmness, balance and general well-being. Many, many generations of people have enjoyed and benefited from Tai Chi.

Join Master-level teacher Michael Heinz for this introduction to Tai Chi. You’ll hear about the history and philosophy of the art, see it performed, and you’ll learn a very simple exercise for calming the mind.
